The Colored Border Leicesters are the breed of choice for Sarah and Jack Jakeman at Someday Soon Farm in Canajoharie, New York. The Colored Border Leicesters follow the same pattern as the white Border Leicesters with correct body types and top quality fleeces.  The colored fleeces vary from black to light grey, and as per the breed standard, carry no white spots in the fleeces.  Our pedigrees have produced some winning ewes and rams, with some even becoming champions of their respective breeds at the Big E and Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival.
